Hey everybody!

Sorry I haven't been on top of things. I moved to another state and got a new job - so things have been a little hectic around here as I'm sure you can imagine.

I hope all of you posted your weigh-in and points on the 10th and 17th. If you didn't please do so here as soon as possible (please specify which check-in the information is for). Our next weigh-in/point collection is on the 24th (this Friday).

Several people have expressed to me that they do not have time for this challenge, and many have just not been updating - I will work on removing all these people from their selected teams, adding everybody from the wait-list to teams, and trying to keep the teams as even as possible.

This week's challenge:
Do 30 minutes of exercise every day. You must do it everyday for this to count (+2) for the week if you do this. For those of you that already do this or more every day, add 15 minutes on top of what you would normally do everyday and you get the same points (+2).

Hey everybody!!

I hope all of you are doing well on the challenge so far. I am missing a lot of starting weights, so if you have not submitted that yet please do so as soon as possible. Post all of those comments on the post below this.

Our first check in will be this friday! I will need all of you post the following as soon as possible - if you do no post by Saturday (the 10th) at midnight, you are in danger of being kicked out of the challenge. Please remember all check-ins. When you check in I will need to following.

Team: (if you are on the waiting list and would still like me to keep your records so when you get added to a team all the points/weight is still counted for your team say "wait-listed")

Week's points: (this "week" will consist of all 10 days from January 1st to 10th)

Your first challenge -
This week I will start you off with an easier challenge. It will have three parts.
1. Comment on your fellow teammate's posts with encouragement - this will earn you +2 for the week (no matter how many comments you make it's only +2, but send lots of comments anyway!)
2. Post thinspo pics of your team's "mascot" - you will receive +1 for every day that you do this.
3. Eat something healthy that starts with the first letter of your mascot's name  - each time you eat one of these you get +0.5 -  some examples (I know some of these aren't so tasty... but I tried: 
    Taylor: tomato; toast (under 100 cal); turnips; tangerine
     Audrina: apple; artichoke; almonds (only 1 serving); apricot; 
     avocado
     Leighton: lettuce; lima beans; leeks; lemons; lentils
     Lauren: (same as team Leighton)

Hey guys,

Sorry I haven't been able to update and put you all on teams yet. The holidays have got me super busy and I am leaving today and will not be able to get back on the internet till the 3rd.

So.... I need everybody to remember to post there weight on the 30th or 31st. If you do not post your weight by this time I will assume you have dropped out of the challenge and will let someone on the waiting list take your spot. If this happens you may re-join the challenge, but you will be put at the end of the waiting list. Sorry, I have to keep things as organized as possible.

Now - for for you to submit your weight I need to following.
Your name - What you gave me originally to sign up
Your team - if I have no assigned you a team say "unassigned", or if you are on the waiting list say "waiting listed"
Your height -
Your current weight -
If you would like to change your goal weight at this time that would be fine, just let me know.
